OPTION WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS
If you would like to take part in RIDEF 2026 but do not use accommodation or meals, you only pay the conference fee.

EXPLANATIONS
- The conference fee is included in the price of accommodation and meals. The only exception applies to participants who do not use accommodation and meals. The conference fee does not apply to children and young people up to the age of 17.
- Participants staying in the hotel and at the camping site have their meals served at the hotel.
- Participants staying at the school may choose whether their meals are served at the hotel or at the school.
- Participants staying at the camping site must travel to the conference venue in Gniewino using their own vehicle (approx. 10 minutes).
- All amounts are calculated per one participant.
PAYMENTS
- After completing the registration form and receiving an email from ridef@freinet.pl
, a prepayment must be made within the deadline specified in the email. - The prepayment is equivalent to the conference fee: €175 for an adult and €90 for a child.
- The prepayment must be made by bank transfer to a EUR (€) bank account. Please note that all transfer and currency exchange fees are borne by the payer.
- The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer no later than the end of May 2026.
- In the transfer title, please include: RIDEF 2026 and the participant’s full name. If the payment concerns more than one person, all names should be listed in the transfer title, e.g. RIDEF 2026 – Louis Blanc, Adam Smith, Pedro Lopez.
- In exceptional and duly justified cases, cash payment on site upon arrival in Gniewino will be possible.
