This is the most convenient travel option. From the airport, organiser coaches will depart directly to Gniewino. A RIDEF 2026 representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall at the RIDEF information desk.

Gdańsk has direct and fast rail connections with the largest cities in Poland:

  • from Poznań — approx. 2.5–3 hours
  • from Wrocław — approx. 4–5 hours
  • from Katowice — approx. 4–5 hours
  • from Kraków — approx. 5–6 hours

Long-distance trains are comfortable and operate regularly throughout the day.

By car

Gniewino can also be reached independently by car. GPS navigation works reliably throughout Poland.

Public transport

It is also possible to travel by public transport; however, it requires transfers and takes more time. The most common route includes:

  • train or bus from Gdańsk to Wejherowo
  • then a regional bus to Gniewino
Total travel time: approx. 2–3 hours.
