1. Easy access to accommodation
We offer full assistance in reaching your chosen accommodation, whether you arrive at Gdańsk Airport, by train, or by bus. You will receive detailed information about public transport and organizational support. Connections are convenient, fast, and well linked to the city centre and the coastal districts.
On the day of arrival
As part of the Pre-RIDEF fee, on the day of arrival you will have guaranteed transport from the airport or from the train/bus station (if you arrive in Gdańsk by train or bus). We will help you reach your accommodation by public transport (tram, bus) or in the Pre-RIDEF coordinator’s car.
On the day of departure to Gniewino
At the end of the Pre-RIDEF programme, we offer a shared bus transfer to Gniewino, the place where RIDEF 2026 will begin on July 31. It will be a symbolic step from discovering the city to the shared international experience of the congress.
2. A shared meal is more than just a meal
Every day we will taste regional dishes during a shared dinner in a local restaurant (breakfast is included at the accommodation). It is a moment to spend time together, talk, exchange experiences and integrate. Around the same table you will meet people from different countries, cultures and perspectives, sharing impressions from the day, educational inspirations and plans for the next day.
3. Flexible Pre-RIDEF fee
The cost of the Pre-RIDEF package depends on the accommodation option chosen: from budget variants to more comfortable options for participants seeking higher standards. All accommodations are located close to the sea, allowing you to start the day with a walk along the beach or end it with a sunset over the Baltic Sea.
4. Daily support
Throughout your stay you will be accompanied by our facilitator: an open and helpful person who knows the city very well. They will provide organizational support, introduce you to local customs, and act as a link between participants from different countries.
