1. KEY TRANSPORT INFORMATION
The organisers provide transport from Gdańsk to Gniewino only on 31 July 2026.
Participants arriving earlier must arrange their own accommodation in Gdańsk and then reach one of the two departure points:
• Gdańsk Airport,
• Gdańsk Główny Railway Station.
In exceptional situations reported through the form, we contacted participants individually to suggest possible solutions regarding accommodation or transport before the beginning of RIDEF.
Participants attending PRE-RIDEF will receive assistance in reaching the departure point for the bus leaving at 13:15 from the stop near Gdańsk Główny Railway Station.

4. HOW TO FIND THE MEETING POINT
AT THE AIRPORT
After leaving the aircraft, first follow the signs to baggage reclaim and then proceed to the arrivals hall.
The route is clearly marked with signs for:
• baggage reclaim,
• exit to the city or exit.
The signs are also available in English.
AT THE RAILWAY STATION
The exit from the platform leads through a tunnel. Then go upstairs and turn left towards the ticket offices.

5. HOW TO RECOGNISE RIDEF REPRESENTATIVES
At the airport and railway station, RIDEF representatives will be waiting for you with a sign displaying the RIDEF 2026 logo.
They will have lists of all participants who registered their arrival using the form on the website. The lists will also contain the telephone numbers provided during registration.
Participants who did not submit the arrival form will be asked to provide:
• their first name,
• their surname,
• their country,
so that their details can be checked with the RIDEF office.
6. NUMBER OF SEATS ON THE BUSES
Each bus has 50 seats.
If there are not enough seats on a particular bus, you will need to wait for the next service.
7. WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A DELAY
If your plane, train or coach is delayed and you miss your scheduled bus, please wait for the next RIDEF bus.
The bus cannot wait for delayed participants because it must collect passengers from two different points – first from the airport and then from the railway station – and return to collect participants travelling on the next service.
8. WAITING FOR THE BUS
We understand that some participants may need to wait for the bus after arriving in Gdańsk, sometimes for up to approximately three hours.
Unfortunately, we cannot completely eliminate waiting times, but we hope that RIDEF itself will compensate for these minor inconveniences.
9. LUGGAGE STORAGE AT GDAŃSK GŁÓWNY RAILWAY STATION
Luggage storage is available at the railway station.
AUTOMATIC LOCKERS
The lockers are located on level –1.
Payment can be made by card or in cash.
Approximate prices per day:
• approximately PLN 30 for a small locker,
• approximately PLN 35 for a large locker.
TRADITIONAL LEFT-LUGGAGE OFFICE
The left-luggage office is located in the building next to the railway station, opposite KFC.
It is open every day from 08:30 to 19:30.
The cost is approximately PLN 22. Payment is accepted in cash only.
There is also a currency exchange office at the railway station.
After leaving your luggage, you can take a walk around the Old Town, which is only a few minutes away on foot.
Please remember to return to the bus stop before the scheduled departure time.
10. LUGGAGE AT THE AIRPORT
Unfortunately, there is no luggage storage facility at the airport.
However, the waiting time for the bus at the airport is generally shorter than at the railway station.
11. ARRIVAL IN GNIEWINO AND REGISTRATION
After arriving in Gniewino, all participants will leave the bus at Hotel Mistral Sport and proceed to the RIDEF registration point.
After registration:
• participants staying at the hotel should go to the hotel reception desk to check in,
• participants staying at the school should walk to the school, which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel.
12. RETURN TRANSPORT FROM GNIEWINO TO GDAŃSK
Detailed information about the return journey from Gniewino to Gdańsk will be provided during RIDEF.
Please remember that the organisers provide return transport only on 9 August 2026.
13. CONTACT AND CLOSURE OF THE ARRIVAL FORM
Today, 25 July 2026, the arrival form will be closed.
