Dear Participants,
With each passing day, we are getting closer to our meeting in Gniewino. We would like to share some important organizational information.
Visas
For many weeks, we have been in contact with embassies and consulates to enable the participation of teachers from African countries. We have sent numerous documents and letters of support for the visa process of participants from Senegal, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire and Togo.
This has required a great deal of organizational work, but we are doing it with the conviction that the presence of every participant matters for our international community.
We are very pleased that as many as 42 teachers from Africa will attend RIDEF.

Accommodation
Due to the very high interest in the event, the hotel no longer has available places. We are contacting participants individually by email regarding possible changes in accommodation to enable everyone to take part.
Thank you for your kindness, patience and willingness to compromise.
Meals
We want every participant to feel well cared for. Participants with food intolerances or specific dietary preferences can count on individual consideration of their needs.
Meals will be available in two places:
- in the hotel restaurant
- in the school canteen, where meals will be provided in the form of catering at more accessible prices
Although we dreamed of one common meeting place at the table, we also wanted to ensure financial accessibility for all participants.
